San Fernando Valley BNI to host casino night benefiting LAPD Devonshire PALS

October 23, 2017

North Hills, CA – The San Fernando Valley BNI Region is hosting Aces & 8’s, a casino night fundraiser benefiting the LAPD Devonshire Police Activity League Supporters (PALS). The fundraiser will take place on Friday, November 3rd, 2017, from 7-10pm, at the Galpin Motors Aston Martin Showroom (, North Hills, CA 91406). The event will include food, fundraising, a silent auction, a raffle, and entertainment. Tickets ($50) are available on the SFV BNI website.

LAPD Devonshire PALS’ primary goal is to develop character in youth, prevent juvenile crime and create safer communities by giving kids a fun place to play and learn. The program is based on the conviction that young people—if they are reached early enough—can develop strong, positive attitudes toward police officers and the law. PALS promotes trust and understanding between young people and police officers by bringing youth under the supervision and constructive influence of dedicated law enforcement professionals. We believe that if a young person respects a police officer in a recreational or educational setting, he or she will likely come to respect the laws that police officers enforce.

BNI is one of the largest international referral-networking organization in the world. The mission of BNI is to help members increase their business through a structured, positive and professional referral marketing program that enables them to develop meaningful, long-term relationships with quality business professionals.

BNI is unique in that chapters only allow one member for each professional classification. This limits competition and encourages members to build trusting relationships with each other. Local professionals, business owners, and the general public are welcome to attend the casino night to support the LAPD Devonshire PALS, learn more about BNI, and to network with its members. To register for the event, visit SFV BNI website.
