Burbank, CA – Local referral networking group, BNI Burbank, set a chapter record when they generated over $490,000 of referral business for its members in 2016. Members attributed this new record to a growing chapter, and its actively engaged membership. The chapter meets every Tuesday morning at 7am at the Coast Annabelle Hotel on Olive Ave.
BNI Burbank is part of BNI, the largest international referral-networking organization in the world. The mission of BNI is to help members increase their business through a structured, positive and professional referral marketing program that enables them to develop meaningful, long-term relationships with quality business professionals.
BNI Burbank counts several long-term members among its ranks, including Ardis Bazyn and Grace Farenbaugh, both of whom have been members for 10+ years. Local Kangen Water supplier, Harvey Branman, is enjoying his 23rd year of membership. “I joined BNI over 20 years ago, and I’m still a member. Why? Because it works,” said Mr. Branman.
BNI is unique in that chapters only allow one member for each professional classification. This limits competition and encourages members to build trusting relationships with each other. Local professionals and business owners are welcome to visit the Chapter, and may do so by registering on the BNI website.
