Burbank, CA – Northridge BNI chapter “Referrals Unlimited” recently inducted two new members into the business referral networking chapter: Transformation coach Lyena Strelkoff and local dentist, Michael Rabinovici. Lyena and Dr. Michael join a group of 23 other local professionals dedicated to building their businesses through word-of-mouth marketing and referrals.
Lyena Strelkoff
Lyena provides one-to-one coaching nationwide for women and men experiencing a transformational moment in their lives, these include significant life changes like going through a divorce, illness, injury, lay-off, chronic, mild depression etc. She helps people identify who and where they want to be, chart a course, manage the obstacles, and arrive at their chosen destination. She is also an inspirational speaker.
Lyena was recently recognized by the California State Legislature as a final nominee for a Woman of Influence Award. She is a transformation coach with a Master’s Degree in Human Development, Lyena used her personal metamorphosis after sustaining a paralyzing spinal cord injury to create The Shero’s Way, an empowered approach to life that unleashes our ability to soar in any circumstance. She has led personal development workshops for many groups and coaches individuals nationwide. An expert in the mechanics of transformation and a thought leader for 15 years, Lyena has spoken to professional groups and at colleges, schools, organizations, and spiritual centers across the country. She is also a critically-acclaimed storyteller whose autobiographical one-woman show, “Caterpillar Soup” has enjoyed five national tours and an honor by VSA Arts, an affiliate of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. She’s been heard on National Public Radio, numerous storytelling podcasts, and is a contributing essayist to Dancing at the Shame Prom. She lives in Granada Hills with her husband, their young son, and her service dog, Reba.

Dr. Michael Rabinovici
Dr. Michael Rabinovici runs his private practice, Dr. Michael’s Family Dental Care, in Northridge, CA. They provide general and cosmetic dentistry for children, adults, and seniors. Their range of dental services includes: tooth-colored fillings, veneers, teeth whitening, crown and bridge restoration, partial and complete dentures, denture repair, extractions, implant restoration, night guard appliances, and emergencies. Dr. Michael Rabinovici graduated from UCLA (1997) with a BS in Biochemistry. From there he attended USC, obtaining a BS (2000) in Dental Hygiene, and his DDS degree from the School of Dentistry in 2004. Since then, he has been in private practice, and has taught as a clinical instructor at USC for over 10 years.
Dr. Michael belongs to the Spear Dental Education Study Club, which provides continuing education to dentists who are dedicated to clinical excellence through dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association
(ADA), the California Dental Association (CDA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM).
