Kazuo E. Gil serves as an Associate with NAI Capital’s Encino office where he specializes in the sales and leasing of office and industrial properties. He has more than 17 years of experience in real estate, consulting and healthcare management. With his extensive knowledge in medical office leases, his primary focus is the greater Los Angeles region, with an emphasis on the San Fernando Valley. Prior to joining NAI Capital, he served as a healthcare management consultant for various private practitioners in Los Angeles, CA. Along with more than 16 years of experience as a Doctor of Chiropractic, as a sole proprietor in the greater South Bay Region, he has concurrently expanded his professional experience by involving himself in the direct management of multiple residential properties.
Kazuo’s education includes Associate of Science (Real Estate) from College of the Canyons. Bachelor of Science (Human Biology) and D.C. (Doctor of Chiropractic) from Cleveland Chiropractic College and Associate of Arts (Liberal Arts) from Los Angeles Mission College.
