BNI Burbank Lunch Bunch Welcomes Local Commercial Real Estate Agent Haik Alexanians to Business Referral Group

Burbank, CA – Burbank BNI chapter, “Lunch Bunch” recently inducted a new member into their chapter: Commercial real estate agent, Haik Alexanians. Haik joins a group of 10 other local professionals dedicated to building their businesses through word-of-mouth marketing and referrals.

Mr. Alexanians operates a real estate company called Green World Realty. Green World Realty is located in Glendale, California and services the tri-city market of Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena and the surrounding areas. The firm specializes in commercial sales and tenant representation.

Haik has been in the real estate Industry since 2005, initially as a loan originator. He did many years of loan origination and then shifted to real estate sales in mostly residential properties. Currently, his primary focus is on medical office sales and leasing. He joined BNI “Lunch Bunch” for its sense of camaraderie and demonstrated success in generating business for its members. Last year, BNI “Lunch Bunch” generated over $17,000 in referral business for its members.

BNI “Lunch Bunch” is part of BNI, the largest international referral-networking organization in the world. The mission of BNI is to help members increase their business through a structured, positive and professional referral marketing program that enables them to develop meaningful, long-term relationships with quality business professionals.

BNI is unique in that chapters only allow one member for each professional classification. This limits competition and encourages members to build trusting relationships with each other. Local professionals and business owners are welcome to visit the “Lunch Bunch” Chapter, and may do so by registering on the BNI website.
