Pasadena Property Market Strengthens in February 2017

Pasadena, CA – Real estate agent Teresa Piasky reports that the Pasadena property market strengthened in February 2017. There were a total of 66 sales in February, with an average closing price of $1.26million. This represented a strong increase from January 2017’s total of 44 sales and an average price of $1.06million.

Market forecast for April 2017

Piasky predicts the Pasadena property market will continue to strengthen in April 2017. Demand is expected to remain high, and supply to remain low, which will drive prices higher as market activity becomes increasingly competitive.
