Julian Munoz: Burbank Property Market Appreciates in October 2017

November 20, 2017

Burbank, CA – Real estate agent Julian Munoz reports that the Burbank property market appreciated for the month of October 2017 reaching the mean price of $730,000, a year over year by 2.1 percent, with a total of 67 sales. In October of 2016 the mean price was $715000,000 with a total of 72 sales. By the end of October there were only 144 homes on the market, only a 2.2 months’ worth of inventory, a decline year over year by over 20%, a 10% decline over the previous month.

Market forecast for October 2017

Munoz predicts the Burbank real estate market to appreciate in Fall 2017 year over year between 3%-7% if all else in the economy remains the same. Prices will continue to flatten in price as we enter the Holiday season which has been the trend from the last few years. November’s inventory in the last few years has a seasonal decline and anticipate the same for 2017.
