Kevin Y. Kanooni specializes in employment and labor law and business litigation and transactions. Prior to joining Kenneth P. Roberts, Kevin worked at a prominent defense firm where he specialized defending contractors in all trades, landlords, commercial carriers and others in all types of lawsuits. Since joining Kenneth P. Roberts, Kevin is involved in all aspects of pretrial advocacy, discovery, motion practice, mediation and trial. Kevin also works in contract drafting and negotiations.
