Sherman Oaks, CA – BNI Chapter, Professional Network Alliance (PNA), recently inducted a new member into their business referral networking organization: Business attorney, Nicole Fassonaki. Nicole joins a group of 40 other local professionals dedicated to building their businesses through word-of-mouth marketing and referrals.
Nicole’s law firm, Fassonaki Law Firm, LLP represents businesses with litigation, business organization, contract formation, contract disputes, corporate governance, compliance and other business-law matters. The firm serves the financial services, real estate, manufacturing, and retail industries, as well as several other service industries. It is located in Woodland Hills, California. The founders of the firm, Nicole and Alan Fassonaki, started the firm to serve businesses with litigation and business law matters. Nicole Fassonaki earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California (USC) and obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law (UWLA). While at UWLA, Nicole obtained the Thomson Reuter’s Witkin Award for academic excellence in Debtor-Creditor Relations and California Construction Litigation. The Witkin Award is given to only one student who receives the highest grade for that semester-class. Nicole was also on the Dean’s List.
Nicole has been in the legal field for over eight years. She started her legal career working as a file clerk for a community association law firm in the San Fernando Valley. She quickly excelled and became a collection manager while attending law school. She prepared civil lawsuits, judgment packages, and engaged in judgment enforcement for hundreds of cases dealing with delinquent collection accounts.
Nicole relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area with her family and was hired as an associate attorney for an insurance defense firm that provided litigation defense to companies throughout California. Nicole was later retained as an associate attorney for a Bay Area firm that specialized in business law and civil litigation. Many of the clients included local businesses and companies. Nicole acquired the experience to assist and guide individuals with structuring, growing, and operating their businesses. Nicole’s work also focused on civil litigation involving contract disputes, general civil and commercial litigation, trust and probate matters, and real estate disputes.
She joined BNI Professional Network Alliance (PNA) for its sense of camaraderie and demonstrated success in generating business for its members. Last year, BNI Professional Network Alliance (PNA) generated over $1,060,715 in referral business for its members.
