There were a total of 33 sales in June, with an average closing price of $2.12million. This represented a slight change from May 2017’s total of 18 sales and an average price of $1.49million.

Rezaie predicts the Calabasas property market will increase .5 to 1 percent in July 2017. The reason behind the predicted increase is based on a high demand expected in the market during the summer time which would sharply trigger buyer activity.
