Glendale, CA – Sevak Sohrabian, CEO and Broker of Choice Real Estate Brokers, will deliver a one-hour presentation, the 2017 Real Estate Market Forecast, on Feb 2nd, 2017 from 2pm-3pm at Road, Glendale, CA 91201.
This marks Sohrabian’s second annual real estate market analysis and presentation. Previously made for the benefit of in-house sales associates and affiliated vendors, the event is now open to the public, including all real estate sales and related service professionals, in the Burbank, Glendale, and Foothill areas.

Mr. Sohrabian has twenty-eight years of combined brokerage and corporate professional experience, including over 13 years of brokerage management at a national brand name franchise operation. He has also served as Adjunct Instructor at Glendale Community College, as well as holding a position of Sr. Marketing Analyst with an International Fortune 50 corporation. Mr. Sohrabian has a unique edge in real estate and business fundamentals, enabling him to interpret a set of clear and applicable conclusions, using existing industry data and analysis.
