Burbank Chamber highlights exporter Ramesh Pawar

January 31, 2018

Burbank, CA – The Burbank Chamber of Commerce is proud to highlight one of their members, exporter and electrical engineer; Ramesh Pawar. Ramesh is an exporter who specializes in natural mineral stones, and is also an electrical engineer. As an electrical engineer, Ramesh worked in India and Saudi Arabia for overhead and underground electrical network construction and maintenance to provide electricity to houses and commercial establishments. Later on, he started his business in India in the name of Pawar Exports.

Ramesh was President of Ambad Industries & Manufacturers’ Association (AIMA) for 3 terms. He was an office bearer of Nashik Industries and Manufacturers’ Association (NIMA) for many years. He also served as the Vice President of Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (MACCIA), Mumbai, India and was also the Vice President of Federation of Associations of Small Industries of India (FASII), New Delhi, India.

Ramesh is associated with many Trade and Industry Associations / Chambers at District, State and National level in India. He is a member of World Trade Centre Mumbai.

Ramesh was nominated by State Government of Maharashtra as Director of Maharashtra Small Scale Industries Development Corporation (MSSIDC), Mumbai. He was also nominated as advisory Committee Member by State Government of Maharashtra and Central Government of India of various committees related to trade and industries. Ramesh can be contacted via email at [email protected] or by telephone at .

Ramesh exports Natural mineral stones, Shiva lingams and polished stones from India to USA, Germany, France, Italy, United Kingdom and many more countries. These natural mineral stones are found in mountains in cavities formed due to lava and it takes millions of years for them to form. Natural mineral stones are used for educational purpose, scientific research and personal collection. ( Carlsbad in New Mexico and Sonora in Texas are the caves for calcite minerals ).

The Shiva Lingam stone is from the sacred Narmada River from Madhya Pradesh state in India. The stones were formed when a meteorite fell to earth several million years ago.  They are hand polished to give them a smooth and gleaming surface.

Shiva Lingams are said to have one of the highest frequency vibration rates of all the stones on the earth. As such, the vibration is said to be perfect for purification purposes, whether at home, work or in an area of sacred space. The Shiva Lingam is a symbol for the worship of Lord Shiva.

Shiva means auspiciousness and lingam means a sign or a symbol. Hence the Shiva lingam is regarded as a ‘symbol of the great God of the universe who is all-auspiciousness’. The Shiva Lingam represents symbolically God Shiva himself. The Sanskrit word ‘Lingam’ means symbol. Thus the literal meaning of Shiva Lingam is the symbol of Shiva. Gemmological properties: A form of Jasper with impurities. The hardness is 7 on Moe’s scale and numerology vibrates to the number 8.

Ramesh also exports Indian Red Onions to United Kingdom. He is planning to start his showroom for natural mineral stones at Burbank in the near future.
