American Business Women’s Association Welcomes Guest Speaker Kim Somers Egelsee

Glendale, CA – The American Business Women’s Association – Verdugo-Glen Chapter is excited to welcome guest speaker Kim Somers Egelsee to their meeting on January 25, 2017. Egelsee’s talk will cover “positive communication, tools for life balance and stress relief, tips for exuding confidence in every interaction, and goal setting methods to break through your fear and doubt.”

Kim Somers Egelsee is a speaker, author, and confidence expert. The author of 12 books and a TEDX speaker, Egelsee received Congressional recognition as a speaker from the US House of Representatives for her inspirational message, thoughtful perspective, and positive impact on the status of women in our society. She holds a degree in Speech Communication Studies from California State University of Long Beach.

The American Business Women’s Association’s mission is to bring together business women of diverse occupations and to provide opportunities for them to grow personally and professionally through leadership, education, networking support and national recognition. The Verdugo Glen Chapter has been active for over 50 years, and has received 40+ awards for chapter excellent.

Egelsee’s talk will take place at the meeting on Wednesday, January 25, 2017; the meeting will start with networking at 5:45pm, with dinner at 6:45pm. The event will be held at the Glendale Elks Lodge at 120 E Colorado St. in Glendale, California. The dinner meeting cost is $25.00. To make a reservation, please email [email protected].
