Burbank, CA – Registration is now open for the Burbank YMCA’s traditional Turkey Trot. The event starts at 7:30am on Thanksgiving morning, November 23rd, 2017. The race begins at the corner of Magnolia Blvd and Third Street, and loops through beautiful Downtown Burbank.
The Turkey Trot includes 5k & 10k runs, a 5k walk, and a non-competitive kids run. The event also includes a kids fun zone and pre-race expo, and every participant will receive a tech t-shirt, and medal. The Burbank YMCA has also introduced team competitions in 2017, with prizes for the largest Burbank School team, corporate/business team, and not-for-profit teams. Teams may be created or joined on the registration page.
100% of the race proceeds support the YMCA Financial Assistance Programs, which seek to ensure that no member of the community should be unable to participate in YMCA programs due to financial stresses.
