BNI San Fernando Valley Welcomes Realtor Anika Mardian to Business Referral Group

La Canada, CA – Referrals For Life recently inducted a new member into their business referral networking chapter: Local realtor, Anika Mardian. Anika joins a group of 12 other local professionals dedicated to building their businesses through word-of-mouth marketing and referrals.

Anika obtained her realtor license in 2001 and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. She keeps a keen eye on a fluid market and has worked alongside some of LA’s top real estate agents. Anika possesses experience working every aspect of the industry representing both buyer and seller in complex transaction.

Anika is a resident and active community member of Glendale for nearly 3 decades. As a buyer’s agent, Anika understands the modalities of the home buying process. As the seller’s agent, she markets the property through novel channels, finds and screens qualified buyers, and obtains the house’s market value through negotiations.

Anika joined Referrals For Life for its sense of camaraderie and demonstrated success in generating business for its members. Last year, Referrals For Life generated over $191,652 in referral business for its members. Referrals For Life is part of BNI, the largest international referral-networking organization in the world. The mission of BNI is to help members increase their business through a structured, positive and professional referral marketing program that enables them to develop meaningful, long-term relationships with quality business professionals.

BNI is unique in that chapters only allow one member for each professional classification. This limits competition and encourages members to build trusting relationships with each other.
