Market forecast for May 2017
Munoz predicts the Burbank real estate market to appreciate in Spring 2017 between 6%-8% if all else in the economy remains the same. Prices will rise as the buying season begins as been the trend from the last few years. Inventory will continue to be limited, while rising demand will drive prices upwards, but sales volume will flatten due to affordability.
